Ground Beef Default
Any cuts not selected will automatically become ground beef. This ensures you receive the full value of your purchase with no waste.
Mutually Exclusive Cuts
Some cuts come from the same primal section and cannot both be selected. Our system will automatically adjust your order and notify you of any conflicts.
Extra Charges
Cubed steaks require additional processing (tenderizing) and may incur an extra charge. We'll confirm all pricing before finalizing your order.
Package Sizes
Most cuts are packaged in 1-2 lb portions for convenience. Steaks are typically packaged 2 per pack. Special requests can be accommodated.
